The fischer Zykon undercut anchor FZA was used with approximately 660,000 sets to secure the mounts for the ring network and communication systems. Its special undercut technology ensures secure connections and maximum safety. After inserting the anchor, the expansion sleeve is driven over the cone with the corresponding setting tool, filling the undercut borehole securely. Another 20,000 FZA anchors were installed by the installers to mount the fire extinguishing systems. The fischer internal thread anchor RG M was used 12,000 times in combination with the injection mortar FIS EM to secure the protective doors. The system allows maximum load transfer in cracked concrete and is also approved for seismic applications.
