Advantages

The FAZ II Plus GS are suitable for fixing steel fixtures with long holes thanks to the special washer, and help to reduce installation effort.
The significantly larger outer diameter of the washers for FAZ II Plus 16 GS ensures a larger supporting surface, and as such allows for use in wood construction.
Quick and easier assembly without the need for drill hole cleaning (M8-M24).
Numerous approval certificates for different substrate materials (concrete C12/15-C80/95, steel fiber concrete, solid sand-lime brick) increase the number of applications and fields of use.
With the new assessment (ETA), the tensile strengths increase decisively. As a result, fewer fixing points and anchors are required.
The ETA evaluation, together with other test reports (RWS, ZTV, ETK), ensures high loads in case of fire.
An external independent assessment confirms the service life of anchorages up to 120 years. Thus, the FAZ II Plus outlasts a whole century and is perfectly suited for large, long-lasting construction projects (M10-M16).
The variable anchorage depths allow a millimetre-accurate adjustment to the loads.

The fischer bolt anchor FAZ II Plus GS with its large washer is the ideal bolt anchor for the highest requirements. With the steel anchor made from zinc-plated and stainless steel, heavy loads are secured in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The steel anchor with the large washer is perfect for securing steel components with slots, for example. Thanks to the variable anchorage depths and the easy assembly process, the FAZ II Plus GS can be used particularly flexibly. The tried-and-tested expansion clip introduces the loads into the concrete particularly safely, and enables a top load-bearing capacity.

Functioning

The FAZ II Plus GS is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions.
When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion sleeve and expands it against the drill hole wall.
The anchor is set in line with the approval once the preset installation torque is achieved.
