The Highbond anchor rod FHB II-AL Inject A4 is a system component of the fischer Highbond system FHB II Inject. The bonded anchor is ideal for standard fastenings in cracked concrete. With the FHB II AL Inject A4 for example guard rails and steel brackets are fixed outdoors. The conical anchor is set with the Highbond special mortar FIS HB.

Functioning

The FHB II-AL Inject is a bonded anchor with torque-controlled expansion for pre-positioned and push-trough installation.
For FHB II-AL Inject, the annular gap must be filled with Highbond special mortar FIS HB in case of push-through installation.
The anchor rod is set with the Highbond special motor FIS HB and is fully bonded in the drill hole.
When tightening the hexagon nut, the anchor rod cones are pulled in the motar shell, which expands against the drill hole wall.
