Create drill hole and undercut in one drilling step.
Suitable for fischer anchor rods FIS A M 8 to M 12.
Suitable for injection internal threaded anchor FIS E M 6 / M 8.
Building Authority approved system.
The advantages / Product description
Cone drill for undercut drill holes in aerated concrete.
The cone-shaped drill hole guarantees maximum load-bearing capacity in aerated concrete thanks to the interlock.
The cone drill bit PBB allows for the cylindric drill hole and undercut to be made in one step by pivoting the drill.
Two adjustable drill hole depths increase flexibility in anchoring (e.g. higher loads, bridging of plaster).
The fischer cone drill PBB is a special drill for creating a fixing in aerated concrete with building supervisory approval. The cone drill allows for the drill hole and undercut to be made in one work step by pivoting the drill. This is then filled with fischer injection mortar FIS V and the anchor rod FIS A or the internal threaded anchor FIS E is set by lightly rotating it.
Application and approval
Creation of conically undercut drill holes in aerated concrete
You can find detailed information on building materials in the registration document.
The cone drill bit PBB is suitable for pre-positioned installation.
The required drill hole depth is adjusted on the drill bit.
First, the cylindric drill hole is made. Afterwards, the cone-shaped undercut is produced by 4-6 pivotings.
